Instructions
1. | Place 2 tbs. of oil and bean sprout in a heated wok; sauté over high heat for 20 seconds. Add the yellow chive, salt and white pepper; sauté for another 20 seconds. |
2. | Put in the eel and sauté until the bean sprout and yellow chive are just cooked through. Serve immediately. |
